Once you schedule your first visit with us, we will send you an email that contains a link to paperwork for you to fill out before your appointment.
Completing this on a computer, phone, or tablet prior to your appointment allows you to be seen quicker when you come in!
YOUR FIRST VISIT
(Health History & Exams)
Your first visit is approximately 45 minutes, and consists of a detailed consultation, postural exam and a neurological assessment.
During the consultation, we will discuss your health history, challenges, questions, and goals you have for you and your family!
Once we have a better understanding of you, or your child, we will perform a postural Analysis & neurological assessment. The focus of the exam is to evaluate how the nervous system is functioning, and assess where the main areas of stress and interference are in the body, so we know how your nervous system needs support!
Every exam we perform is non-invasive and pregnancy safe!
YOUR SECOND VISIT
(Report of Findings)
On your second visit, we will sit down and discuss all things health and healing, and answer your most important questions:
What did we find?
How can we help?
What is our recommended plan of care?
How much will care cost?
After that, we will explain your neurological scan and postural exam. We will then discuss your personalized care plan recommendations, and get you adjusted for the first time in our office!
Our doctors utilize techniques that are safe, gentle and effective for the whole family: Toggle Recoil, Thompson Drop, Activator, Sustained Contact, Diversified and Webster Technique.
BECOMING AN ESTABLISHED MEMBER
When you come in for your scheduled appointments, you will be greeted by a member of our team and check in at the front desk. You can take a seat in our waiting areas, enjoy some refreshments, and let your kids play until you are called to one of the adjusting rooms! Your scheduled appointment will last 15 minutes!
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
We are currently an out-of-network provider with insurance companies and operate on a cash fee schedule.
WHY ARE WE OUT OF NETWORK?
We have found that participating with insurance companies restricts us from providing the best, most individualized service and personalized care. We are not willing to compromise outstanding care by having to comply with the restrictions set forth by insurance companies. Not accepting insurance allows our attention to solely be focused on providing the best care for our patients
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, credit (Visa, Master, AMEX, Discover), FSA and HSA's
If you have out-of-network benefits with your insurance company we will gladly provide you with a super-bill following your appointments. You may then submit this receipt to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
